PB & Chocolate Overnight Oats

This recipe requires the least amount of cooking skills- the refrigerator does all the work! Feel free to experiment and add different nut butters, fruits, and seeds. This can be served hot or cold.


Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ¾ cup milk of your choice

  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter


Directions:

  • In a small container, add rolled oats and cocoa powder.

  • Cover container and shake until cocoa powder is well distributed.

  • Add milk into the cocoa oat mixture and mix well.

  • Top with peanut butter and stir.

  • Refrigerate overnight.


Oats will expand and absorb the milk, leaving them with a thick consistency.
