This recipe requires the least amount of cooking skills- the refrigerator does all the work! Feel free to experiment and add different nut butters, fruits, and seeds. This can be served hot or cold.
Ingredients:
½ cup rolled oats
¾ cup milk of your choice
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
Directions:
In a small container, add rolled oats and cocoa powder.
Cover container and shake until cocoa powder is well distributed.
Add milk into the cocoa oat mixture and mix well.
Top with peanut butter and stir.
Refrigerate overnight.
Oats will expand and absorb the milk, leaving them with a thick consistency.
