I love this recipe because it is so easy to make! Plus, it’s delicious so it’s doubly amazing. I highly recommend making this with a group of friends or family (post-social distancing.) Also, maple syrup is a must. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
4 slices of brioche bread
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of sugar (white or brown)
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
Pinch of kosher salt
4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
Maple syrup (optional)
Berries (optional)
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, salt, sugar, and cinnamon until combined.
Dip one slice into the egg mixture on each side. Let soak for 1 minute on each side.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet on medium heat. Transfer the bread into the skillet and cook until each side is golden brown. Repeat with remaining butter and bread.
Top the French toast with your desired toppings and enjoy!
