This is a family tradition for Thanksgiving and Christmas!
Ingredients
1 small bag of potato chips
4 cups carrots sliced
1/2 stick of butter melted
1 small onion diced
1 cup gouda cheese - cubed
Directions
Peel carrots and slice, boil for 6 to 7 minutes.
Place a layer of carrots in greased casserole dish
Sprinkle with onions
layer some cheese and then do other layers to the top.
with cheese on top.
Pour butter in and around the carrots.
Top with crushed potato chips
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. You can keep it in the oven for as long as you like at 200 degrees and it just gets better.
