This shake will help your body shake off, anything :)
Natural/ organic foods are best/suggested.
Ingredients
Fruit:
1 cup of blueberries
1 whole banana
.5-1 cup of spinach
1 cup of additional fruit/ vegetable (pineapple, mango, strawberries, beet, etc...)
2-3 fresh pieces of ginger, about .25 inches thick
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of coconut pieces or coconut fresh water (if you like coconuts like I do)
Cinnamon
Fresh or frozen wheatgrass (optional- amount to your likening)
Liquid Base:
Fresh water (distilled is best)
Coconut water (fresh coconut water)
Organic green tea (can be steamed on the stove and added when cooled)
Directions
Add fruit and fill the blender bottle with your liquid of choice until all of the ingredients are covered.
If ingredients are frozen, let the blender bottle sit for about 3minutes before blending.
Blend the contents until the smoothie is of the desired thickness, and feel revitalised --
