Cancer Fighting/ Revitalizing Smoothie

This shake will help your body shake off, anything :)

Natural/ organic foods are best/suggested.


Ingredients

Fruit:

  • 1 cup of blueberries

  • 1 whole banana

  • .5-1 cup of spinach

  • 1 cup of additional fruit/ vegetable (pineapple, mango, strawberries, beet, etc...)

  • 2-3 fresh pieces of ginger, about .25 inches thick

  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons of coconut pieces or coconut fresh water (if you like coconuts like I do)

  • Cinnamon

  • Fresh or frozen wheatgrass (optional- amount to your likening)

Liquid Base:

  • Fresh water (distilled is best)

  • Coconut water (fresh coconut water)

  • Organic green tea (can be steamed on the stove and added when cooled)


Directions

  • Add fruit and fill the blender bottle with your liquid of choice until all of the ingredients are covered.

  • If ingredients are frozen, let the blender bottle sit for about 3minutes before blending.

  • Blend the contents until the smoothie is of the desired thickness, and feel revitalised --

  • Enjoy!
