Chili

Ingredients


2 jars of tomato sauce

3ish c beans (kidney, black, pinto, navy, etc.)

1 c corn

1 c bell peppers

1 package mushrooms

1 package tofu

1 c onion

1 c tomatoes

2 tbs cumin

2 tbs Chili powder

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp salt

Black pepper to taste

Italian seasonings to taste

Vegetable or olive oil

Directions


Sauté onions, peppers, and mushrooms, and tofu in a large pot.

Add tomato sauce and spices as well as salt/pepper.

Add beans.

Let simmer until reaching the desired consistency (will likely need to be stirred occasionally so it doesn’t burn on the bottom of the pan).
